FAQ'S

• Is it safe to use my credit card when placing an order?
  Yes! Your credit card information is collected on a secure server through the magic of PayPal! You're not required to have a PayPal account Please, never send us or anyone else your credit card info in an email.
   

• Can I pay for my purchases with a personal check?
  You may pay for purchases using an e-check through PayPal. We DO NOT accept local checks for purchases unless payment arrangements are prearranged. Please be aware that any check returned to us for NSF will incur an additional $25 charge added to the original purchase cost.
   

• What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
  We're confident you will be! However, if for some reason you find you're not satisfied with a purchase from us, please contact us immediately. We'll send you an authorization code and after the package/item is returned to us (within 30 days of original purchase date) with the original shipping receipt, we'll be happy to refund the full purchase price for that product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
   

• I have allergies. Can I still use Mamaw's House products?
  It depends on the allergy. People who have allergies to synthetic fragrances have the option of ordering everything without added fragrance. We advise people who are allergic to nuts, NOT to use our products. Nut oils play a big part in our formulations, and it's simply not economical for us to offer alternatives that we can be absolutely sure are free from all contact with nut products. Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter are also derived from nuts, so you may want to check with your health care provider before using products containing those ingredients.
